The award recognises the continued and innovative work by the university to enhance working conditions for researchers as set out in the European Charter and Code. The award was retained following the university’s eight-year review.

Conducted by an international peer reviewer team, the rigorous assessment confirms that the University of 麻豆传媒AV has shown clear commitment to engaging with the principles of the and improving research environment and culture. Vitae, which administers the Award, highlighted efforts made to engage with and embed the Early Career Researcher community into institutional decision making, initiatives including the research mentoring scheme and achievements in addressing the equality agenda through Athena Swan, the Race Charter Award and being a top 100 Stonewall employer.

Professor Tara Dean, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research and Enterprise), said: “We are delighted to have retained the HR Excellence in Research Award, demonstrating the University of 麻豆传媒AV’s long-term commitment to the career development of our researchers. We are also pleased to be commended for our achievements in driving progress through our work around Equality and Diversity.
